In cooperation with the Tourist Board of the City of Vodice and the Destina Agency, I documented the presentation of the Birin Winery held for members of the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies (UHPA). The project was envisioned as a blend of education on indigenous varieties and the promotion of the Šibenik archipelago as a premium eno-gastronomic destination.
